Add a ping when those "events" happening:

  1. When our server wallet have less then 10 ATOM in its balance, so we need to ping it.
  2. When highest auction is auctioning more then our MM contract balance, this means we won't be able to buy the whole auction in 1 go, so we want to fund it more (or at least acknowledge it)
