Simple guide (tutorial) on how to use the Rebalancer by an end-user:

Using the DAO DAO integrated UI (will be selectively activated for a few DAOs)
Using the Rebalancer Frontend (built by Lena)

Focus first on DAO DAO UI. To be created as a set of Markdown files, along with relevant images etc.

First part (DAO DAO UI) was completed, and closed by #96. @keyleu Any plan to do the second part this week ? or should we create a separate issue for it, and close this one ?

Closing this issue as done. The second part is not a priority right now until we have a the write UI
