Prepare code for release 0.1.5

This PR includes:

fixing an issue where accounts were using unsupported code ids. We now verify that the account's code id is in a whitelist. If it is not, we pause the account
add trades to events when minimum balance is hit
fix typo #91
update contract versions from 0.1.4 -> 0.1.5
