No option to add NAT in twc_vpc #18

There is no option to turn on NAT in twc_vpc kind of resources.

Okey seems like we need create twc_vpc with floating address and after bind them somehow - that will be a trigger to turn on the nat. Didn't test that yet.

Confirmed. It's works. I think the documentation should be updated.
