In the Request phenotyping tab, could you add somewhere that trait3 = 1 means symptoms/susceptibility and trait3 = 0 means no symptoms?
Maybe add also a sentence saying that no disease can be assessed for the years without pathogens in the field, thus trait3 = 0 in that case.
