Add permission explanation to Task #60

It can have the name permissionExplanation. If it should be different, notify @Paulpanther, so I can change it in the App.

Also please update https://github.com/EatingBacon/gameprog-detective-server/wiki/Task to reflect the structure of Task send through Firebase and received by the App
