Update reagent, cljs, other deps. Version bump. #5

Hi, this makes some minor changes to work with reagent 0.6.0-rc. Also updates most dependencies including cljsjs/pikaday 1.4.0-1. I went ahead and updated the example and readme as well, seems to work well.
