See http://code-of-merit.org/ - seems very much in line with technical work, and keeps the "social cruft" away (which is exactly what I want to do when I work on my projects)

thanks for the link, most points are (from my point of view) awesome, well written and very community friendly. i'll take a look at every point and add the parts i like :)

think i added the most important parts. did i miss or misinterpret something?
