can not read the rating property in PopularimeterFrame #26

Hello,

I want change the rating property. Dim PopM As TagLib.Id3v2.PopularimeterFrame = TagLib.Id3v2.PopularimeterFrame.Get(tags, "Windows Media Player 9 Series", False) I use this code and it works but I don't know ever the user. How I get the user or is there a other way to change the rating.
