New sprite and some changes with magic weapons #15

I add new sprite fo Light and Dark cloak's Change titles of Fog, Barrier and Shield tomes. I don't changes link on the projectile files (and they names) Please check the CHANGES detailed and make edits properly, because I did it too badly. Fog Tome => Magic Shield Barrier tome => Magic Barrier Shield tome => Great Magic Barrier
