Inconsistent naming #83

I want to let you know that the names Obsidian Editor Shortcuts and Code Editor Shortcuts seem to be used interchangeably across different files and the repo name. Their difference makes it difficult to determine at a glance if this is the same repo that is listed in Obidian's community plugin gallery.

Thanks for the plugin! I love VS Code's cmd-d and this brings that to Obsidian for me.
