Unable to grade quiz #8

Hi! When we are using quiz fault tollerant mode and after upgrade to 3.9 our students are unable to Finish test, there are no button Finish attempt. attempt

Prev/next buttons don't match the latest core Moodle (including, as reported, no "Finish attempt..." button on the last page. However the Finish attempt button in the navigation block works.

Also, the qusetion number buttons in the navigation don't work.
