Stop using WhatsApp and force people to contact me via Telegram, SMS, phone call or email

Still work in progress and looks like I'm not able to get away from WhatsApp completely as some new hobby groups use it. But usage is limited to only very few contacts, most of the notifications are turned off and I need to use WhatsApp only for a few times a week.
