[JENKINS-68627] Build ball progress animation speed results in disrupted animation (regression in 2.283) #6029

The "ball animation" (formerly balls, now circles with icons) gets disrupted by the AJAX update of the sidepanel widget.

Animation time probably isn't a multiple of the sidepanel update interval (or vice versa).

This is a regression in 2.283 which introduced the new build statuses. 2.282 with the pulsating ball had a clean animation.
