[JENKINS-28262] Execute Shell script edit box remains empty

Execute the following steps to reproduce the bug:

• Pick any job in Jenkins
• Click on "Configure"
• In the job steps section, add a new step of type "Execute A Shell Script"
• Type any command in the newly appeared edit box
• Move this step at the first position
• Click the "Save" button

--> Edit again the job's configuration: the edit box from the "Execute A Shell Script" is empty !

Thanks for the report! What steps need to be taken to make this happen for a newly created job? Anything interesting in your browser's JS/error console, or the Jenkins log?

Hello Daniel,

The steps to follow are the same for a new job. Unfortunately, there is nothing interesting in the browser JS console nor the Jenkins log.

In the initial bug description, I've forgot to mention that there is a easy work around: simply move the "Execute a Shell script" box first and then type the commands and save.

FYI this is easily reproduced in Jenkins 1.642.4 and Firefox 45 ESR, so it is probably a Jenkins issue not a Firefox issue.
