When there's a problem with clearcase on the build host, in the poll log we see that cleartool is failed. But still it says "no changes" and nothing is triggered. So administrator is completely unaware of the problem till someone manually checks it. This is common for example when build server reboots and some view doesn't start etc..
Would be nice to have an option to trigger job failure if poll failed.
