I think it would be neat to have a page that contains User badges for questions answered. Some page containing Leaderboards. Lastly adding Progress bars to the Topics UI or some sort of progression so they know how many more questions they have left in a topic. An indicator of when new questions will show up under a topic, An indicator when the Topics would refresh.
