prepare_wham_input not providing correct selectivity configuration with double-logistic option #44

There is an error in code for mapping of fixed_pars for the double logistic and parameters for the other selecitivity options. See lines 373 and 379.

This has been fixed on devel branch. Will wait to close until it makes it to master.
