No scrolling with new lines at bottom of WYSIWYG editor #113

Once you get to the bottom of the WYSIWYG content editor, if you hit Enter it doesn't scroll down with the cursor. This doesn't happen with the old skin. Typing is fine though - when you're typing it does scroll down with a new line as it should.

This issue is no longer showing afaics. Tested in OSX chrome and WIn Edge
