Different font sizes when sending messages in i2 - academics want a fix please #130

Different font face and sizes displaying for students when receiving announcements, email notifications, retention centre 'notify' notifications, students emailing lecturers re this. This is in both chrome and FireFox. In each browser the font face is different as well so not only is the size larger the font changes. The first sentence seems to be a font point of around 10 points/12 then it increases to 18 and this is the same in both browsers. (mwilliams tested in both ffox and chrome) # SC particular upset about the retention centre notification where this image comes from, SC used Safari browser. Yes, I have come across this in a job too.

In the old theme, the text (although malformed) does reflect what is sent on the email notification.

I believe what is happening is that the overlaying styles contained in the new theme are making it look tidier, but in doing so, it does not give a true reflection of what will be sent as the email notification.

We may need to consider how styles are used for announcements.
