Text field/boxes difficult to see #137

Under the new theme, text box formatting has made them less evident on a page, and due to the colouring or opaqueness; on some monitors, they are virtually invisible.

I am not sure as yet what causes this; whether it be monitor age, colour, contrast, etc.. but it makes it difficult to demonstrate.

This issue can cause issues when a user is filling out information, and not able to see that information is required of them, this also may have a contributing factor for some test issues students are experiencing where they are not answering questions because they could not see a spot to do so.

It also appears that under the new theme, that the text boxes are smaller which may also contribute to students finding it difficult to find them when answering test questions e.g. fill in the blank.

When testing, useful to use questions with images - this also has the tendency to focus the students' attention away from a more difficult to see text box - changes will need to account for this.
