Quiz - Radio Button Issue (critical) #142

Cannot Click Radio Button to Select Answer on Assessment

Observed Behaviour:

When a user clicks on the radio button for an answer, nothing happens.

Expected Behaviour:

Clicking on the radio button selects the answer.

Resolution/Workaround:

When attempting to answer the question, click to the right of the radio button (typically about a 1cm to the right of the radio button) until it works.
