Feature Request: Ability to remove right click menu items #16

My menu items list is getting huge and this plugin, while great, is taking over. It would be great if we had an option to not include them in the right click context menu. I don't mind hitting F1 and asking for documentation or refactoring.

Hi @mshepanski-nasuni, nice idea, I agree that this would be useful (and also your other feature request #17). I will try to add these features when I have some time since I am currently quite busy with my university courses.

In the meantime, if anyone would be prepared to implement this by themselves and open a pull request it would be really appreciated:)
