offset lineargradient works for rect and circle, but not for polygon, ellipse and path

See the attached test file. The linear gradient is applied correctly to rect 
and circle elements, but for polygon, ellipse and path elements it doesn't work 
unless the corresponding element is located at position (0, 0).
