Set window header margin only on non-gnome platforms #115

Following the discussion in #108 (and my own proposal) it looks like:

  1. on gnome, header margin breaks consistency with other applications
  2. on non-gnome, header margins are needed to ensure that window header and headerbox are not touching each other
