Many small pylint-related fixes and cleanups #119

These commits remove a few errors, many warnings and some other less important pylint notices.

As far as I tested, these changes work fine. Commit 4a51f93d6c4a589988d502183adb2a7a980f2e07 should have some positive impact on performance. Commits b202107308db74cb7b5de13571f460ad8bc905c1 and 7279b498434b1e08a9d109d0028175ce50fc32e4 fix some bugs. Other commits should not have any effect at all on running yumex-dnf.
