Changed the layout of the Tutorial to now be part of the index document instead of being a separate document.
The hyperlink in the beginning of Tutorial 1 should work once the PR is merged and I changed the image references to be letters instead of numbers because changing the numbers in the markdown document caused other formatting issues.
Updated the images where they were out of date
Made changes to the tutorial zip file so I needed to merge to the main branch instead of just to the docs branch
