Changes to the tutorials, install instructions and credits #74

I reordered the tutorials from simplest to more complex. I also commented out tutorial 4 until I've finished writing it up.

I added the new screenshots (and steps) to download the plugin from the Github repository.

I then also added myself to the credits table. Please change it if needed.
