PDF file name restrictions? #10

First of all, thanks a lot for porting this module, it definitely covers an important matter.

I have noticed that if I create a protected download of a PDF where the filename contains letters with an accent (such as é) and send the link via e-mail, something goes very wrong. When clicking the link it does not download but opens in the browser in and encoded and illegible format.

A couple of additional observations:

Easiest solution to solve this problem is through "Transliterate filenames for uploads" module.
