Not compatible with Drupal 10 #15

Please make this module compatible with Drupal 10.

Hi, I've just been made co-maintainer of the version of this project over on drupal.org at https://www.drupal.org/project/webform_protected_downloads , with a view to sorting the D10 compatibility there.

@timlovrecic I see you haven't been active on this repo for a long time. What plans do you currently have for it? It looks like the version on drupal.org now incorporates the great work you've done to get this D8 version up & running; it might be most helpful to the community if this github repo made it clear that the drupal.org version is now the place to go to for the more up-to-date & actively maintained version. What do you think?
