Add option to define file field allowed file extensions #4

Currently the list of permitted extensions is fixed to:

jpg jpeg gif png txt doc xls pdf ppt pps odt ods odp

This doesn't appear to be set in the module so I guess it's inherited from core?

I need to add zip to that list for my use case, I'm sure other users will need to amend it too.

7 already fixed this in this repo, plus the new version of this back on https://www.drupal.org/project/webform_protected_downloads incorporates the fix.
