The webform "Protected download files" settings page is accessible by anonymous users #5

So that's:

admin/structure/webform/manage/your_webform_name/settings/protected_file

Fortunately, the ""protected" file is still not accessible as a result of this but it is possible to alter settings and save the form!

7 already fixed this in this repo, plus the new version of this back on https://www.drupal.org/project/webform_protected_downloads incorporates the fix.
