feat: improve regex matching

[timlrx]

Updated the regex matches and parse citation implementation based on Zettlr. Fix #17. This lifts all the remaining limitations and makes the program similar to how pandoc functions. The list of parsing improvements include:

• Using one more regex to detect multiple capture groups of interest
• Parsing additional in-text locator information e.g. @foo [p. 33]
• Wider range of matches for page and chapter
• Matching roman numerals in suffix
• Allow the use of curly braces to protect citation key or locator information
