Review 1a6 : need newer references to static code analysis #1

The reviewer is complaining that our references to the value of stataic code analysis is old

We need recent reference to the value of static code analysis, the false positive problem. 10 to 20. i'd say no more than five years old. is that possible?

I have added some 10 new references. Most of them are either (at least, partially) motivated by the false positive problem, or directly address them. Any thoughts on where we should discuss/cite these papers?

hey @kanghj we need them discussed either in 2.1 or some S2 thing before 2.1.

I have updated the references and included a brief discussion in 2.1.
