$DESTDIR not used consistently through out the make file. $HOME should only
appear once... I think.

`DESTDIR=~/tmp make` should install CRUsTY entirely under ~/tmp rather than
cluttering up $HOME.

Correction, the proper command syntax for `make` to override with a shell 
variable is:

`make DESTDIR=~/tmp`
