Discussion- what license should be used here? #14

Google code only allows a small number of license

  * GPL 2.0
  * Apache License 2.0
  * Apache License/GPL2
  * GNU Lesser public license
  * MIT
  * Mozilla Pubic license 1.1
  * New BSD license

And currently, CRUSTY used GPL 2.0. But we really need a discussion of the
different licenses and some criteria for deciding which one to use.

I would like my code to be licensed under the GPL v2 only. This kinda restricts
everyone else unless you don't want to accept code from me.
