build: vimoutliner prompts for interaction #27

When building vimoutliner, the user is prompted twice for interaction 
("Would you like to continue (y/N)?")

The answer to both these questions is 'y'... it'd be nice if the makefile 
did this for you, for an automated install.

I've changed the "sure?" command in vimoutliner so there is no y/N interaction.
