The docs folder is a little barren.  We should have useful
tutorials/information provided for all the packages we provide along with
some kind of overview/general tutorial.

Started on this- wrote a little manual entry for sandbox (see 
crusty/trunk/doc/sandbox). 

But, I could use some help on this. If others want to start writing man pages, 
feel free!
