The highest cycle I can achieve is 151, which means the largest length of a read in the result FASTQ file is 151 (by setting the -ncycle option of simNGS).
I want to produce several simulated datasets that could have read length (equivalently, cycles) as long as 400. Is it possible to have a run file like this? If so, would you be so kind to send it to me? My email address is: zhicong.huang@epfl.ch
Hi Tim,
There is one restriction by using the run files available here: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/goldman-srv/simNGS/runfiles5/
