The concern is that I couldn't migrate the DL. I'm trying to complete a simple migration, but I have no luck yet.

Sure - so it's going to be in one of the renamed directory. Each directory name is a time stamp and the DL. Inside that is a file that has the name of the DL. If you need specific help send the logs or folders to dlconversionv2 at service dot microsoft dot com.
