How can I install HP-12C on my iPhone using files found on donwload section of this site? #51

On download section of this site, I saw some zip files related to HP-12C 
and other calculators. For what is this files to? It's for installing HP-
12C on iPhone? If yes, how can I install this downloaded files on iPhone, 
since it's on my desktop computer and not on my iPhone yet?
