Keys Don't Work Sometimes #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to use any key on the keyboard.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Touching a key should work. More than half the time it doesn't, and I have 
to hit the key again and again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I just purchased the product. I'm using it on a brand new iPhone.

I am unable to reproduce this problem.  Please provide more specific 
information:

Model and version of calculator purchased.
Device: phone or ipod.
OS version on device.
