Google drive limitation :(

Please, can you change pip source in PyPI ? 

pip install ipaddr

Downloading/unpacking ipaddr
  HTTP error 403 while getting https://googledrive.com/host/0Bwh63zyus-UlZ1dxQ08zczVRbXc/ipaddr-2.1.11.tar.gz (from http://code.google.com/p/ipaddr-py/)
  Could not install requirement ipaddr because of error HTTP Error 403: Forbidden

When I try download from 
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0Bwh63zyus-UlZ1dxQ08zczVRbXc&usp=sharing

I see

Don't know why google drive is so terrible, but pypi should work.
