IP address range support? #63

May be nice to have some kind of IPAddrRange that could take user input of 
127.0.* or .1-20 for example.

I don't think we'll ever support the 127.0.* notation. I'm not really in favor 
of implementing the second example just because I'd rather the functionality of 
ipaddr be kept to what's strictly necessary.  Patches and counter examples are 
welcome, however.
