Please update p3k version too

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at http://code.google.com/p/ipaddr-py/downloads/list
2. Notice a new version has been out for a couple of weeks
3. Notice the py3k version has not been updated

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I had expected the py3k version would come out shortly after the python version.

I didn't.  I assumed you were keeping the separate Python 3 source.  I'm 
packaging this for Debian/Ubuntu so I need it to be either consistently a 
separate source or run 2to3 on the Python source.  I can do either, I just need 
to know which one it is.

Running 2to3 and then building for python3 works fine.  If you're plan is to do 
it this way and not maintain a separate source for python3, just let me know 
and I'll go with it.
