Update NFCd to use libnfc 1.5.x API

I replaced 

abtAtqb

with

abtPupi

It compiles but I do not have any ISO 14443 B tags to test it.
(Additionally DeskNFC displays nothing at all- I do not know if this is 
related).

Definitly needs some testing.

Yep, I know.. I have some local patches, but the job is not done. I hope to 
have more time to bring NFCd and DeskNFC to life soon.

Here's a patch. I've tested it and it seems to work. I'd be willing to become a 
maintainer for the nfcd package.
