libfreefare: debian/rules: need "--with autoreconf" #71

On my fresh Ubuntu 11.04 system "debuild" fails to build an export from current 
svn trunk.  The build succeeds if I add "--with autoreconf" to the dh command 
in debian/rules, as follows:

%:
        dh --with autoreconf $@

(BTW, this is how the command looks in libnfc's debian/rules.)
