Add code to fetch raw meter readings #74

Proposed Changes

It's sometimes useful to have raw meter readings, a number that always (OK, almost always) increases, e.g. to avoid duplication in readings in the Home Assistant energy dashboard. This is hopefully a step towards that.

I've changed providers away from Ovo, so I'm not going to be able to test this even if I'm able to merge the updates I'm afraid.
