filenames with "?" characters causes problems when builduing src code in a PC with VIsta #57

When following instructions here: 
http://code.google.com/p/oostethys/wiki/JavaSourceBuild 

The following error was reported:

Checkout error; The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax
is incorrect.svn: Can't check path 'C:\Users\Dan\workspace\maven.
1261421892617\src\test\resources\oceanwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov\thredds\dodsC
\satellite\BA\ssta\mday.dods?altitude,lat,lon,time': The filename,
directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

File names that have "?" can be deleted if there is a test that depends on any 
of
these files then test can be removed.
