Bad performance of step-through simulation #241

When looking at e.g. http://oryx-editor.org/backend/poem/model/726/self the
step-through simulator behaves as expected.

However, the tool is very slow.

There are different solutions thinkable
1) Make it faster
  => e.g. cache several steps in advance and avoid server communication
that way
2) At least show some kind of "active" symbol / "Sanduhr"
